Community Guidelines
These guidelines apply to everyone on Numvedaa — customers and Experts alike. They keep consultations safe, honest and on the platform, where you are protected.
1. Keep it on Numvedaa
Do not share or ask for phone numbers, email addresses, social-media handles, messaging-app IDs (WhatsApp, Telegram and similar), websites or payment details.
Do not arrange to consult, meet or pay outside the platform.
Why this matters: our refunds, dispute resolution and safety checks only cover sessions and payments made on Numvedaa.
One exception: a customer may share their own phone number where it is needed for a Mobile Number Numerology reading. Experts may never share their own contact details.
2. Be respectful
No harassment, threats, abuse, hate speech, or discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, sexuality, disability or anything else.
No sexual, obscene or violent content.
3. Be honest
Experts must not promise guaranteed outcomes, make fear-based predictions, or pressure anyone into buying remedies, products or more sessions.
Reviews must describe a genuine experience. No fake, paid or retaliatory reviews.
Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
4. Respect privacy
What is shared in a consultation stays in the consultation. Do not record, screenshot or share another person's details or session content outside the platform.
5. How we enforce these guidelines
Chat messages are checked automatically before they are delivered. A message that appears to contain contact details or an attempt to move off the platform is blocked, and the sender is told why.
Voice sessions may be recorded and transcribed, and reviewed after the session if a problem is reported or detected.
Our team reviews reports and flagged activity before taking account-level action.
6. What happens if the guidelines are broken
First time: the message is blocked and a warning is shown.
Repeated attempts: a written warning, then temporary suspension of the account.
Serious or continued breaches: permanent removal from the platform.
Harassment, threats, fraud or deliberately soliciting off-platform payment may lead to immediate suspension without earlier warnings.
7. Reporting and appeals
Report a problem, or appeal a decision about your account, by writing to infonumveda@gmail.com with your booking ID. Appeals are reviewed by a person, not an automated system.
