Consultations

Cancel up to 1 hour before your session for a full refund to the original payment method. If your practitioner misses the session, you get a full refund or a free rebooking — your choice.

Products

Unopened crystals and Rudraksha can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Energised, personalised items are exchange-only unless damaged in transit.

How refunds arrive

Refunds are initiated immediately and typically reach your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
