About this service
Pranic Healing is a no-touch energy healing system that works on the principle that the body can heal itself when its energy is cleansed and recharged. The practitioner scans your energy field, removes congested or depleted energy and projects fresh prana into the affected areas. It's structured, specific and very complementary to conventional care.
It's particularly effective for physical complaints with an energetic component — recurring headaches, low immunity, fatigue — and for emotional states like anxiety, anger or low mood. Sessions are calm and you remain fully clothed and seated or lying down.
How it works
- 1Book and share your main concern — a physical complaint, an emotional state or general depletion.
- 2The practitioner scans your energy body and applies the relevant cleansing and energising protocol.
- 3You rest for a few minutes, then discuss what was found and how to maintain it.
- 4A series of 3–5 sessions is recommended for chronic issues.

How is Pranic Healing different from Reiki?
Reiki channels energy through the practitioner and is more relaxation-led; Pranic Healing is more diagnostic — it scans, cleanses specific areas, then energises them. Many clients use both.
Can it be done online?
Yes. Distance Pranic Healing follows the same protocol; you'll be on a call at the start and end, and rest quietly in between.
Do I need to believe in it for it to work?
No. You need to be open to resting for 45 minutes. Results are usually felt regardless of belief.
