Your consultations are personal. This page explains, in plain language, what we store and why. (Draft — to be reviewed by the business before launch.)

What we collect

Your name and email (from Google sign-in), bookings and payments you make, ratings you leave, and messages you exchange inside a session room. Partners additionally share credentials and an ID document for verification.

How it's used

Only to run the service: matching you with experts, confirming bookings, and keeping sessions private between you and your practitioner. We never sell data, and session conversations are visible only to the two participants.

ID documents

Partner ID documents are stored privately and are accessible only to the Numvedaa review team, solely for verification.

Removal

Write to infonumveda@gmail.com to request deletion of your account and data.
